How to Switch Out of S Mode Windows 11 / 10 PC

How to disable S Mode on Windows 11 or Windows 10 computers. Also how to find out if you're in S Mode. Microsoft Surface Pro 8 laptop used.

Thanks for this, super helpful! Was searching for how to change my default search engine from Bing to Google but mine was locked and after numerous searches on how to fix it that were no help, turns out I had to take it out of S mode and that fixed the problem.

Yeah i can do it. Im on a asus, says try again for some reason

Does it reset anything of your stuff if u turn off s mode like for example it reset yoyr google acc and your facebook acc

It just says “try again” after I press “get” 🙄
