It's the Garden in August, and today, I'm topping my tomato plants and harvesting vegetables and basil from the Polycrub. I also share my pesto recipe and how I preserve it for winter, along with a new indoor composting system that is an absolute game changer. We then head back outside to plant Malabar spinach in the greenhouse and to secure and train the apple tree archways and Minarette trees between them.

Kitchen waste goes into the worm compost right in my kitchen. I don't put citrus, alliums in but they eat and process everything else.
Of course no meat products or byproduct like milk, etc or meat. Those go into community compost system.

Tie or weld a rebar to the archway. Smaller than a wooden stake and won't decompose.

Hi Tanya!
I am intrigued by the Armenian cucumbers. How are their skin, is the skin thin and more edible like English cucumbers, or are they better peeled?
