I asked for core strengthening exercises and y'all deliver within 2 videos. That's awesome! Thank you so much!! I'm going to add what I can into my physical therapy ASAP. And I'll show Mom so she can add what she feels comfortable with as well. I'm not going to push her as hard as I push myself. She's 64 and I know this back injury is affecting her differently than me. But she is excited about so many of your videos because y'all make thing so doable. I really appreciate your channel. I absolutely hate doing core work or working out my belly i think thats why i still have a little pooch even tho ive loose weight nd tightenning most of my body parts. But this little pooch stills annoying me. Ill start with these core variations by today. Nd ill wait to see if i will get some changes. Thank you Coach. 🤗

Alex has an adorable six pack. I'm still doing the hip thrusts you both showed in your other video. I'm the most popular guy at my gym and I was nervous guys would be smirking. They looked at me and nodded with respect. I haven't done planks in a while. I will put it back into my next workout.
