Boruto Two Blue Vortex Chapter 8 revealed some hints that will impact the future of the series with Mitsuki coming to terms when it comes to following his own will, Jura and Hidari coming to Konoha to find Naruto, and Himawari having bijuu power which was detected from Jura. With Kawaki getting destroyed by Jura, the power difference between the heroes and villains are insane and Konoha will need everything they can bring in terms of power in order to stop the Shinju villains.

Himawari is essentially a Gedo statue, a ten tails husk, and I say this because it’s likely that she was essentially a vessel inside of Hinatas womb, and when she was concieved, She took in Bjuu chakra from all 9 of them that Naruto possessed at that time, which he did due to being a pseudo ten tails jinchuriki, from Obitos efforts to save him in shippudens war arc.

With this said, I believe while she was developing inside of Hinata, Her genes that carried both Hamura and Hagoromos chakra created a resemblance to Kaguya, who had the ability to merge with the Juubi, and Hima essentially acted as a Gedo statue, taking in tailed beast chakra from all 9 and moulding them together over time to give birth to a Juubi that resides within her being as not only a chakra source, but genetically as well, which is why Jura has a strong familiarity with the tailed beast chakra inside of her, and relates it so closely to his own chakra.
