I feel the rockstuds are actually classic, similar to a leather moto jacket(which has been around since the 1920s and became a huge fashion staple beginning in the 1950s). Like the moto jacket I think the Rockstuds will sometimes be more "on trend" than at other times, but the style is unique, edgy, and classy enough to make them a wardrobe staple for many years to come.
