I’m 100% certain as a 68 year old female with a history of fractures that a carnivore diet is healthier than a vegan or vegetarian for me. I’m lifting and focusing on protein intake. I feel stronger than ever. It was difficult at first because I practice yoga and thought for a very long time that causing no harm was best. Well it’s not what’s best for me.
