One of my favorite mind sets for manifestation is the place between sleep and awake. It's such a neutral space for me. I go to sleep thinking about what I want to manifest and drift off with those thoughts in my mind. That has worked for me. I definitely will try this method as well. I love trying new ways of setting intent.

I have been setting intentions this way and permanent ink does make a difference 😃 I didn't realize until you mentioned it in the video. Sometimes my intentions would be written in pencil and they would still manifest, but slightly different than expected or within a different time frame. Thank you for the tips! 😘

i wrote my first intention and i felt the weight fall off my shoulders i wrote what i wanted and i tucked it away so i wouldn’t be tempted to look at it again. since the time frame i picked isn’t until some time next year, i will work on myself to support that intention to work.

im going to get a loofah for my scrubs and shower! i wasnt clearing my mind before setting my intentions and this video really helped me evaluate what i was doing prior to setting intentions.
