When we don't accomplish our goals, we often blame time. But time isn't the enemy, it's actually our friend because it allows us to prioritize and focus on the things that matter. But how do we prioritize the things that matter? In this video I'll go through the 3 step framework I use to prioritize my life so I can manage school, work, and run my business with peace of mind.

Sum up of 3-Step Process to Clarify and Prioritize Your Day
1. Eisenhower Box (See what is important and urgent for you)
2. Sequence (Brainstorm forward or backward actions and steps you need to take)
3. Energy Mapping
- Morning (6-8 hours after awaking): cognitively demanding work that requires deep focus Ex. learning new information, deep studying
- Afternoon: mellower work does not require as much focus
- Evening (around 5 p.m.): works that don't require long stretches of deep work

Up until now

1. I procrastinate
2. At last moments, I become highly productive and I endup finishing it right before my deadline.
3. I regret I should have started it earlier.


But actually, one thing I have realized, Its not possible for me to follow any routine. When I was in cadet college, I maintained stirct discipline, but now Im leading a civil life. Even my next day's exam/item is not predictable. The classes and exams are plaaned according to teachers and only a few share their lecture schedule . I dont even listen to lectures. I study by myself, right before exam, and I have items everyday. The items evening ward round everything is decided on spot. Its not possible for me to follow any thing! So I decide my priority instant and act on it. Medical life is hard in Bangladesh.

Koi I really need help or advice . It doesn’t matter what I do. Time is against me and my family doesn’t understand . I need to be working and I’m getting older. I don’t know what my priorities are besides work family and friends and seem to have lost myself along the way.

Hello guys, to be honest i think that maybe or sometimes, teenagers as me dont have so much things to do in a day, and we lose the time for that and feel completly guilty, because, at least, me, i didnt have a clear goal or something like that untill i get into my 14 years old, before, i was only playing videogames and watching netflix or anime all the day all the days, and, what happened is that, when i started to change and trying to step up my life, i realize that, in consecuence for the habist that i had, If i erase all the bad habits that i have of my life, i dont have to do absolutelu nothing in the day, and was a moment in my life a little bit hard, because i wanted to figure out who are me, what i like, what i wanna do, why i dont have nothing to do besides of go to school, and in that proccess i start to grow up and do exercise, and reading, learn english (yeah english isnt my first lenguaje so sorry if there's something wrong 😅) doing the homeworks of school anddd studying for examans, after that to learn maths for myself, after that doing a Channel, after that more things and It help me to start to take the control of my life, well, obviusly i am only a kid and i dont have clue if i am doing the things rigth, but i enjoy this style of life, and im gonna continue this procces 😊
