It's incredible, but we've discovered a 10th planet in the solar system and it's amazing. NASA has now officially confirmed the discovery and issued an initial statement. This much we can already reveal, the mysterious 10th planet is bigger than Pluto and But how did NASA actually manage to track down this distant planet and how could we have overlooked it for so long?

The title to this documentary is misleading as Gongong is neither the 9th or 10th planet. In fact, just like Pluto, it is a Trans-Neptunian Dwarf Planet and not a regular planet. Therefore, the so-called Planet X which astronomers have been looking for has not been found nor for the time being can we be absolutely certain that it actually exists.

If you take a lazer and shine it down a long thin tube while electro magnets are rotating around the tube at half the speed of sound. You will get absolutely nothing!

When exactly did they discover the ninth planet? I must have taken an extra long nap if I missed it.

Not only is the title over-sensationalized clickbait, there are too many things wrong in this video for me to ever be able to trust any of his content from here on out. How can you be a space channel and screw up something space-related THIS badly? The video was 12 minutes of garbage -- full of piss-poor research and misinformation -- and even though I've always really enjoyed this channel, I honestly don't know that I'll be watching anymore of it's videos. What a damn shame.

This video is researched extremely poorly This dwarf planet was discoved in 2007 and announced in 2009 and its not bigger than pluto it is less than half the size and its not the 10th planet discovered as 9 other dwarf planets have been discovered before it. Ceres in 1801, pluto 1930*, Quaoar in 2002, Sedna in 2003, Haumea, Salacia and Orcus in 2004, and Makemake and Eris in 2005. Only 5 are recognized as dwarf planets by the IAU at this time.

Thought Pluto wasn't a planet anymore so won't this be the 9th?

My Brother worked on Hubble in the 90's and they discovered this Dwarf Planet back then but were not allowed to talk about it.

There's so much out there in space that humanity will continue to discover you can imagine what more information to find out about other star systems in the nearest Future

Has Pluto been given its rightful status as a Planet back?

Dwarf Planets are Planets, right? So it stands to reason that Pluto is a Planet then.
After 100s of years"they"
decide to rewrite the history books. C'mon 😮

First it says NASA confirmed planet X, then the Narrator says -scientists couldn't confirm planet X. Makes Zero sense!

The Sumerians Knew of it thousands of years ago, and called it Nibiru.

So it’s not 10th, it’s not a planet, and it was discovered over a decade ago. Clickbait crap

If it's a dwarf planet it is not the tenth planet is it.

Pluto will always be the 9th planet and idc I'll always get that question wrong. My logic Sailor Moon Sailor Pluto says Pluto Planet Power not dwarf planet power

I still call Pluto a planet. Dwarf planets are types of planets as far as I’m concerned.

Slowest rotation. 45 hours. Try Mercury 175 + days. Or Venus116 + days retro

One question. Who chose such a ridiculous name for it?
