Fishing is a really good option for food as the oceans, rivers and lakes should be really populated with the decline of human populations.

In the first "extra episode" of season 10 there's a very quick dialogue exchange at the beginning of the episode where they basically say that half of the Kingdomers and Hilltoppers are moving to Oceanside while the other half moves into Alexandria.


I'm not sure why they haven't been mentioned or seen though. Maybe they're waiting to show the community when we see Virgil and Connie again.

Oceanside seems to be a location in the background, it doesn't seen to be part of the story anymore. I really can't see it featuring in S11.

At least some of the Oceansiders were at the abandoned hospital. Beatrice got munched there and I seem to recall seeing Rachel. Oceanside being empty does support the theory that the original plan had been to lure the horde into the ocean. Maybe they were out in the boats, waiting to make lots of noise?

Oceanside has been sadly underused by the writers. The filming location is on the studio property, like Hilltop's. If I were the showrunner, Alexandrians would have joined those two communities a long time ago. More privacy for filming, no need to fuss with Senoia about things like the windmill, and room for expansion.

When he went to ocean side it was just after machone went looking for Rick on the island and she found his boot and phone with pic carved of her, so she left still looking and he came back to ocean side. So when he walked through that gate it was the beginning of the very next episode. All the people were fighting, that's why their gone

I would like to see someone just take a fishing pole and a lure out the sun pond anywhere to blow off some steam and land a really nice bass. Fishing is one of the ways I relax even if I don’t catch anything it’s always nice to get by the water. I would like to see someone have that kind of way to deal with stress and actually land a 10 pound bass to feed a couple people. Maybe it will be catching LOL

The one thing I hated about the army base scene was that it could’ve probably been cleared fully. All you needed was Morgan in one of his “clear” modes and it would be over lol
