The way you ended it by saying “and yet I smile” is a better full circle ending than the actual show managed to achieve

Just a little detail I noticed:
- The way Beta dies while falling into the walker horde is sort of mirroring how he used to be a musician and when he's sort of absorbed into the herd it's like a rockstar in a crowd. Beta was truly a Top #3 villain in The Walking Dead.

My biggest gripe with the first episode of season 10 was why Aaron crossed the border, he could’ve just made noise and killed the walkers when they wandered onto their territory but instead he starts a conflict for really no reason
