Been eating lots of avocados for years, spinach at least 4 or 5 times a week, grass fed beef, pasture raised eggs about 5 times a week, take omega 3 supplements because allergic to fish, I do red light therapy every night on my feet, I don't eat sugar, I don't consume seed oils, I use casor oil on my feet, and still developed neuropathy. I am not diabetic either. I also take nutritional yeast, magnesium glycinate, green tea, tocotrenols, co q 10, turmeric. The things that finally helped me in addition to all of this was I went gluten-free and I added 1 mg of copper to my supplementation. I was originally taking zinc 20 mg and 1 mg of copper and I increased it to 2 mg of copper per day. Since I have gone gluten-free and added the copper my neuropathy has almost disappeared. And my gluteal tendinopathy is all gone

This will be my diet along with your two supplements. It's exactly what I ate today already before watching your video. I'm hoping for a miracle. In the last year I developed lympedema and I'm battling that with guifenisin and drinking cranberry all day long. Looking forward to when my feet will look less like they belong to a corpse.

It's great to get all this information from a doctor who specializes in healing nerve damage. Of course everyone is different, and as you have said, there are many possible causes of peripheral neuropathy. To get an idea of exactly what my problem is, I went to my doctor. She had me get some lab tests done. When the test came back she told me, "I know why you have peripheral neuropathy."
"Eureka!" I thought.
She continued that my tests showed that I had way too much vitamin B in my system: 11 times the maximum amount of B12, and many times the allowable amount of B1, 2, 6, niacin, and choline. She said stop taking vitamin B12 and the other B vitamins. Don't eat kale and beets because they're rich in B12.
I went home, did a little research, and found that just as B vitamins are necessary for nerve health, too much of them can indeed cause nerve damage!
Over the past few weeks, my drastic reduction in B vitamins has not helped. In fact my peripheral neuropathy seems to be getting worse. I'll be seeing my doctor again next month. Meanwhile, I think I'll ease gently back into taking just a little bit of B complex not thru pills but thru diet, and see what happens. Oh, I'm also supposed to get another lab test done. So we'll see.

Eat Avocado and eggs most days, 1st snack of day with mixture of walnuts, pumpkin seeds. Almonds, sunflower 🌻 seeds, cashews, love livers for some breakfasts.
Eat lots of dark leafy greens fresh n cooked.
Take magnesium and b1 b4 bed to prevent morning high blood sugar.

Personally I like Collard Greens better than Kale. But yes I eat all of these on a regular basis.
