Yoga for Digestion - Seated. In today’s practice, we’ll explore poses to aid digestion including seated body circles. You’ll only need a chair for today’s class.

Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together with me warming up to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body.

This 30 minute yoga practice explores poses to aid in digestion. We’ll focus on yoga poses that can increase circulation in the areas of the body that help with digestion.

You’ll only need a chair. We’ll stay seated the entire time.
