My SI joint pain is so awful for 4 or more years now. They don’t see anything on my MRI which makes me think it’s the muscles. I’m in so much pain after certain things even after sitting. This definitely showed me which side is weaker. Thank you

I am sure I have sacroiliac pain through research and my own symptoms. I want to use these exercises, but in Dec 24 I had a femoral hernia that was pressing on the main femoral artery of the leg and unsure whether too use them or not.
