He trained his spidersense with wolverine so much that it became a like a form of precognition for him. He became an assassin for the us with wolverine and black widow if i remember correctly. Whenever spiderman stops carrying about killing people he becomes on of the most dangerous people in Marvel. You have one of the smartest people with a sense that protects him from danger, and he has the proportional strength 10x a normal man. The Marvel universe is luck he's the person who embodies what it is to be a hero more than anyone else.

Btw. In Superior Spider-Man comic series, Otto (In Peter's body) was fighting Rhino, cuz Rhino thinks it was Peter. When Rhino catches Otto, he accidentally punches Rhino's face. In that punch, Rhino's head got broken and he's dead. Otto was so terrified by this. Cuz, Spider-Man has so power than the whole Sinister 6 but he'll never use his full power against them. He can kill everyone in S6 by breaking his no killing rule.
