You've got the right idea, but you have explained the prerequisites and process in general pretty poorly. A lot of people want to know the steps to prepare for the grind... which you did cover.... just not well or accurately. You say people can search online.. but why, you should include it in this clip. Try again next time.

HOW TO MAKE weapons for all characters, so you can fill the sphere grid (easily) and get those pesky achievments, in just a few easy steps:

**all must be done after acquiring the airship and able to fly freely**

1) Buy capture weapons and have one with [Initiative] and another with [First Strike] in your active party for absolute best results; you will never be ambushed (besides one encounter) and you have a 25% chance for a preemptive strike every battle, making this go substantially quicker.
2) *Here's the long step, stick with it!!* Go capture at least 1 monster from every area in the game... And also *VERY IMPORTANT* capture at least 4 of each One-Eyed flying enemies while you're out doing it. These are: Floating Eye (Mi'ihen Highroad), Buer (Thunder Plains), Evil Eye (Macalania Snowfield), Ahriman (Mt. Gagazet or Inside Sin), and Floating Death(Omega Ruins). Doing this will unlock the two most integral items you need. You get 99x Door To Tomorrow as an unlock along the way, and 99x Winning Formula for unlocking ALL area creations (capturing every monster in the game), and it unlocks the Species-conquer 'One-Eye'.
3) Make sure to consistently sell your loot, you will need a good chunk of Gil in order to make these weapons for all 7 characters.
4) After you've unlocked One-Eye, farm him until you get SEVEN weapons with Triple AP and two other open slots (sell the 1 slotted ones). One for each character. One-Eye is easy to kill, but if you can't do it yourself, summon Anima, or Yojimbo and they'll make short work of him.
5) Now use your 99x Door To Tomorrow to apply "Overdrive - AP" to each of the seven weapons. It only costs 10x per, so you don't ever have to farm these items, there is enough for your whole squad.
6) Take your 99x Winning Formula and apply "Triple Overdrive" to three of the seven weapons. Each time costs 30x, so it leaves you with 9x left. You need a total of 210x Winning Formula to fully customize each character's weapon.
7) *One last long part* This leaves you 111x Winning Formula to come up with. You can bribe Land Worm on Bikanel Island for 900, 000 Gil and get approximately 16x Winning Formula. Do this seven to eight times (depending on how many you get per bribe) and you are done. This is a lot of Gil, 6, 300, 000 or thereabouts. Just farm One-Eye over and over again; the Triple AP weapons he drops go for around 67k per. With your earlier farming of the ENTIRE GAME, this shouldn't take too unfeasibly long to accomplish.

And then you're done! :) Now go follow this video's instructions to let Don Tonberry murder you over and over again and max the sphere grid for 7 people in a few hours.

This is one way to do get fast sphere levels but isnt the most efficient way.
I tested and found that it's actually better to go up against the Cactuar King (can hit 99, 999 and 9, 999 compared to tonberry's 9, 999 after he gets close, saves time restarting battle)
also your weapons need 3 stats for maximum efficiency(Triple OD, Triple AP, OD->AP)
your armour or equipment should also have auto-phoenix (makes it easier so stock 99 phoenix downs)
set OD mode to charge when allies take damage (i think its comrade)
each time the cactuar king hits you (hopefully 99, 999), you get [(99, 999 exp * 3) *3] for your other 2 characters, which then auto phoenix will revive the KO'd one immediately.
after like 3-5 minutes you can just escape the battle (or kill it, but make sure everyones alive) and you should have 99 sphere levels 

also if you run out of spheres you can always do the "Kottos" trick, where you use a sphere distiller or skill on kottos (also arena boss) and it will drop 20 of the distilled sphere (40 if overkill)

Ok I will most definitely do this. I didn't care much on how it was explained but I do like how someone FINALLY looks out for 5he not so expirenced players. I played this game time and time again and still haven't maxed out my grid. I aim to this time though.

Another way is to put on whatever equipment you have that doubles or tripples ap, go to bikinel desert and just keep crushing cactuars. You'll level up like crazy

Omega Ruins is the 4th one eyeed creature and also mount gagazet (the place after seymor battle) is one 3rd ahriman spawning together with a dual horn.

watched this and it helped a lot, one thing you could add is if you have a person with hastega (with the triple ap weapon) you can cast Auto-life on everyone. i taught lul auto life with 1 mp and just did this until i beat don
