Oooooh love this!

Goal: I want to workout 4x a week for 60 minutes to 90 minutes where I include a warm-up and cool-down.


What do I need to do daily? --> Wake up at first alarm. Put clothes on. Head to the gym immediately. Get the workout done by 9am. Set out gym outfit (sports bra, top, bottoms, and socks before bed).
What do I need to do weekly? --> Get these 4 workouts done during the week. Grocery shop to fuel and supply this movement.
What do I need to do monthly? --> Pay for TrainHeroic to follow the fitness program I use.

Obstacles: Not getting enough sleep because of choosing to doom scroll before bed. Listening to "feelings" rather than listening to the truth of "knowing" working out will make me feel better.
