As a basketball player I HATE when it gets like this. I had a guy clothesline me on a layup attempt and when I got up and confronted him, he pulled a gun on me. Now...I just leave the gym before it gets anything near this. You never know what people have or thinking...

This is why LA fitness had a mass exodus in the past 10 years… nobody wants to go to the gym and deal with people fighting and causing havoc… my old LA fitness had somebody getting stabbed over basketball once a week… everybody where I live eventually left there and went to crunch or retro fitness

Playing basketball in LA is the worst. This is the type of energy we have in NYC when we're in our teens because we are trying to go to the league or overseas. A 34 yr old working at T-Mobile in West Hollywood bringing this energy doesn't make any sense 😂😂😂

This is exactly why I stopped playing ball and I don’t regret it. Game wasn’t fun anymore once dudes wanted to fight over a PICKUP GAME, and we was not playing for money and not getting paid. It’s sad and I played ball most of my life up to that point and I’m honestly glad I stopped playing cause of shit like this
