I got a 4 months old puppy from a friend. The pup had been left in the yard with no social skills or training at all. So she freaked out one day and took off. We looked everywhere for her. I went to the bodega on the corner. They said oh your mom was just here looking for the dog. I asked him to describe her. He did. Everything was the same. She had been dead for 3 years. We found the pup not long after that. She lived until she was 12.

For some reason, ghost phone calls have always been the most interesting facet of ghost phenomena to me. I wish there were more videos on it.

I've never told anyone this before. My dad passed away. A few days after his funeral I went to my sisters house. We had been out, so when we got back, she had a message on her home phone answering machine. It was a message from a woman who didn't say her name but did say "I don't know who you are and I don't want to scare you but I had a gentleman come to me in spirit and asked me to call you to let you know that he is doing ok and will be watching over you all. He loves you and to not get rid of his license plate" if it wasn't for the license plate comment it would have been a bit hard to believe. But my dad loved his license plate because at the time you couldn't have just one number on it with letters. But he somehow talked the DMV person into custom make them for him with just "9 JJ" on it. He loved them and even when he couldn't drive anymore he kept them. The only people who knew that was my mom and us kids. When we tried calling the number back it said it wasn't a working number. It was so strange but I truly believe it was 100% real. ❤

My brother called and left a message on my answering machine the morning he was killed in a car accident. He said "Hey Ra. I'm alright. I love you. Talk to you later" I lost the message a couple years later but I can still hear it clearly in my head. I miss him.

This kind of paranormal is soul shaking! That would be hard for me to know my husband called a foundation, but not me. As for the little one on the phone, she was cute as a button but clearly I heard a man softly speak 2x and when asked how often does she see him, she replied always. That creeped me out! In 1987 my father-in-law, husband, son and I walked into my in-laws' house and found my mother-in-law sobbing while talking on the phone. My father-in-law ran and picked up the extension and soon both were crying. My late brother-in-law was reportedly had called. He had been dead since 1959.

Something similar happened to me about a month after the death of an old boyfriend I'd had in my 20s. I broke off the relationship after 7 years and he had a very hard time getting over it so he would call my house randomly at least once a month or more and just sit silently without uttering a word though I recognised his number I would try to get a response but he would just hang up. This went on for nearly 2 decades until one day the calls stopped completely. But due to the recent death of my husband I didn't notice they had stopped. About 2 weeks after I found out about his death I had returned home from shopping and I saw that a message was left on my answering machine. Later that evening I checked messages and one was extremely odd. All I could hear was someone breathing heavily as if they were having a hard time breathing, some movement as if they were moving around the room, but they never spoke, instead I heard a song start playing in the background that I didn't recognise at first. The message went on for 5 minutes until the entire song played out. Moment after the call ended. I must have listened 20 times before I finally recognised the song. It was a really old song sung by Mel Torme called 'The Nearness of You'. My heart just sank because I suddenly remembered where I had heard it before. It was a song he and I had danced to at his parents 35th wedding anniversay over 2 decades prior. A song I had remarked being such a sweet song, he told me that it was his parents song that they had picked it for their wedding dance when they were married... Then he remarked, 'Maybe this can be our song too.' I thought it was sweet.
I wanted to double check when the call had come in and the date it was made. I thought maybe he had made one last call before his death and somehow I had overlooked it due to my greif of losing my husband just 6 months early(4 months prior to his death) . But when I checked the date and time and the number it was dialed from it was made me shiver and goose bumps covered my body. They call had come in more than a week after his death. There was no possible way he could have made that call so I checked the caller ID to see what number it was made from and much to my shock it had come from his phone. I just sat there and cried thinking he died wanting to speak to me so badly that he called after his death. For many years after I tried to convince myself that there had to have been an error in the data of the phone but matching it to the others calls made that day and the days after they were all correct. It's hard to accept that someone you love can cross barriers of life and death to reach out to you to give you one last message. I wish this had happened with my husband too but he passed away with me and our daughter by his side and didn't have any unresolved issues between us so I imagine that there was no reason for a phone call.

Pretty credible and relatable. Nearly all of my paranormal experiences have been audio. Most recently, it's been me hearing my dog that died in 2020 (he's buried in the front yard) growling or barking when no one else did, including my 3 living dogs. When I went to the window to look at his grave, I spotted a would be porch pirate.

When my maternal grandmother died in '89, she "called" my mom and said something that was somewhat of an inside phrase between them to my mom. My mom got so freaked out that she immediately hung up the phone. To this day, my mom regrets hanging up because she never heard from granny ever again. From what I understand, it's incredibly difficult and takes a great deal of energy for a spirit to make a phone call.
