She needs to have a real deep think about how she treats people when she doesn't fully understand that there are some people in the world that are very dangerous when put into a panic-situation.

One thing that irritates me is the police dispatcher. Why are they carrying on a conversation and asking too many questions? She already said she has her locked in a room and the pregnant woman is screaming she is locked in a room. Right away the dispatcher should have told the karen to let her out and deal with any property issues later. The dispatcher kept this karen entertained by asking too many questions
