Giant uni bowls in Japan 🍣

Uni bowls in Tokyo, Japan in Tsukiji Market at Unitora Nakadori! It came out to $39 for me when the yen was lower but I updated to current price. The 5 varieties bowl was actually 9600 yen and is also market price so it may change depending on when you visit 🍣. Line on a Wednesday at 8am was 5 people, line on a Saturday at 9am was 20-30 but we got in after an hour wait! They have multiple seating areas outside of the little restaurant so the line moves much faster than it looks!

It looks delicious but it needs much more of a *crunch factor*. There’s only so much of a rich, creamy texture that I can take before I have to throw in the towel, I need some texture in there somewhere.
