The first tone you have to do with the right hand, not moving the elbow. The next tone with the left hand, you can move the elbow. For the third tone you lower the body and come up. The fourth tone you do with both hands.
But the people that can read they only have to look at the writing, the dance they can do later. And for those who think this is difficult... In English we have the same tones but many more and we do not have marking neither moves to indicate them. That is why Asian have problems with English, they think our moves stand for tones..
