After trying stuff in a couple other videos this worked! Please note that to find that app data folder he goes into, you have to toggle viewing hidden folders, otherwise it won't show up.

For those who are wondering where the AppData folder is, follow these steps:
1.Press Windows key + E to launch an instance of File Explorer.
2.Click View from the top toolbar.
3.Select Show > Hidden items when the menu appears.
Now you will be able to find that folder. Rest all same process mentioned in the video.
