How to Uninstall Riot Games Client on Windows 10/11

Honestly RIOT client is like VIRUS. Its totally unacceptable that you cant even uninstall it in a normal way.

For anyone who is still having trouble with it not letting you delete/uninstall the riot games client, vanguard client, and whatever games you have for it… go to task manager and end the riot games client running in the back ground then delete everything. That worked for me because I tried literally every thing else before I did that. Should work for anyone having the same trouble I did.

Super useful. Riot Games Client makes it really difficult to get rid of. It also prevented me from uninstalling League and Valorant until I had it fully exited out of. Really silly. Cleaned up entire PC just to get rid of League and Valorant. This is some sloppy work by Riot if it isn't malicious to make it this difficult to get rid of their sofware. Hell, just look at Vanguard and how deep it embeds itself.

This is fine and all but its still taking up space in my C folder and because everything has been deleted it can no longer find the files to uninstall

Still having some issues with 94% deletion completion. I don't know any other client games being this tedious to delete. This video did help me to hopefully find the other files that are taking up space. Thanks friend.
