The question still remains as to who or which team put the book together. It is a lot of work to retype everything. No one has answered my question, which I consider to be completely legitimate.

Great work thank you, but please allow me to politely express a few points of criticism:
- A confirmation, permission, a signature, that the files are original and unaltered from Alan Wilson's hand is missing.

- This book is dedicated only to Ross Broadstock and Tony (Baram) Blackett. Why not Alan? Alan himself did not publish this book. Therefore it should also be dedicated to Alan Wilson.
- There is no name by the author who wrote the introduction.
- The name of the person who worked on the book is missing (book compiler´s name or name of the team?).
- A short biography and introduction of Alan Wilson is missing, so that it is clear that it is Wilson from Newcastle upon Tyne, a colleague of Blackett, and not some other Alan Wilson from anywhere else.
- A bibliography of the books that Alan Wilson has already published is missing.
