Ali mentions this bit in her book Dear Girls and says she’s not proud of it, but I enjoyed it watching this for the first time back when it premiered. It got me to watch her special which I thought was hilarious.
I thought her delivery in the special was better, but this was not a bad segment

Very geometric performance. And i mean that in the best way, you can tell there is serious work behind this skit cause the gesture, the timing and the delivery are simply perfect. I almost didnt laugh at all but its not because she's not funny (she's hilarious !) but because I was hyptnotised by her professionalism.
