Leighton Flowers of Soteriology 101 put out a video snippet blaming the Calvinistic takeover of the internet for the rise of Calvinistic theology in young people. But is that the case? Is it that Calvinists now have a monopoly on theology and teaching and that these young men have no other choice? Or could it be, just maybe, that they now must compare and choose between teaching, and find that the QUALITY of the one exceeds that of the other?

😂 LOL, Flowers is way over exagerating, calvinists are only like maybe 2% of world christendom

Same here, before the internet no one ever mentioned calvinism, it was vaguely mentioned that the Geneva Bible Notes were calvinistic and that it was a bad thing.

I dont exactly remember all the steps i took to find it but i always liked researching conspiracy stuff wether its political, religous, scientific, or whatever. I liked the Chick tracts & comics that talked about conspiracys. I heard about a controversy in Florida, a kjv only church had to kick out a spy, they opened a spanish department and they entrusted it to a spanish pastor that was lieing to them, there were no kjv only bibles in spanish at the time but the guy lies and said the 1960 is, anyways he got kicked out. One of the main pastors from there was Dr Stringer and he moved to Chicago for a while, so I went to meet him, hes a cool guy, i went to a few kjv only conferences and pu several cool books, some of them were deep dive books into the history of the kjv bible, they mentioned alot about the protestant reformation and the reformers and medieval europe. That got me interested & curious into wanting to know more about the reformers and their beliefs and works and crazy misadventures with european governments and the church of rome, which led me to lots of topics like calvinism, preterism, historicist, historicism, and geocentrism which is called flat earth nowadays. Just like then and even today in 2020 these topics are still all very taboo! 😊 LOL

Theres a 4 Hour DVD that helped me alot, its on utube nowadays: eric holmberg amazing grace the history of calvinism, thats a really good one to recommend, its like a basic primer on the topic, from that video you can then research on your own all the famous men & famous writings, lots of cool rabbit holes to checkout!

Another good dvd is "Torchlighters William Tyndale" check it out here:

Anyways Flowers does not have to worry, its very hard for the typical christian to understand calvinism, the internet helps but its not enuf, what people really need is to talk to calvinists face to face, get their questions answered and hold their hands till they understand the basic, its just like any other conspiracy topic, it takes awhile to break thru the lifetime of brainwashing

Thx for the video and see you next time

Sammy 😊
