actually, gal gadot's "first flight" in WW84 is more synonymous with Helen Slater's "first flight" in Supergirl in 1984, rather than Christopher Reeve's "first flight" in Superman in 1978.

I am a superhero movie fan and not Marvel DC fan I am completely super hero movie fan and I watch movies still like a child but a child is always curious and that's why for me WW84 is full of disappointment, Not compared to the 1st one. I feel off throughout the movie. The movie wasn't able to connect emotionally or through story.

Gal Gadot is a great actress but in this movie I don't know why I didn't feel her emotions as strong as I have in first part.

Pedro Pascal has done exceptional work and I really admire him and love his work.
Chris pine and Kristen wiig were great too. I had no problem from actors but I really think there were so many mistakes that I notice throughout the movie.

I felt CGI was off many places and I really miss the Wonder woman theme music from first part and BvsS because that was great I miss that so much.

DC need to work on there CGI.
Spoiler alert when The wonder woman was in Saudi arebia in that scene the run of wonder woman was completely off the CGI and in the first part the showed her high speed in very great way but here I mean it felt off.

2. The cost of wish was your precious thing and Cheetah wish for be like Diana she says "Strong, sexy, cool and special" but if her wish was granted then why she became arrogant because Diana is someone who value each life then why Cheetah can't because even her humanity was the cost still her humanity should be replaced by Diana's replacement.

3. Cheetah wish to be No.1 the apex predator but if she wish to be No.1 how can WW defete her. I know Diana renounce her wish but she just get her powers back but cheetah wish to be No.1

4. Diana tried to put lasso around max with force in last and when she lean on wall at that time we never say whether it was power of truth of what how her lasso could even tie max.

5. Max renounce his wish so the rage and anger can be strip away from cheetah but her power and strengths were her own wish and we never saw her renounsing her wish.

5. Diana never used her breclet attack on cheetah during final battle even that should be a grat scene because she had the Armor made up with the Armor of whole themescara but the armor just look bulletproof that's it. The creator didn't use the Armor how it should be used.

6. The stone trade your wish your most precious thing against your wish and it took Diana's power I mean why? WW most precious thing is her truth not her powers.

7. Cheetah length of hair got increased in matter of hours don't know how? And also we never saw what happens with stone when Max renounce his wish where the stone apeared or what?

8. Where the hell is WW sword and shield?

The movie was also unnecessary long the Mid 30-40 mins were totally unnecessary.

The most wonderful thing in movie that we saw WW getting his flying ability and lasso and thunder combination and invisible jet.

I love the Character and in love With Gal Gadot since Fast and furious 5 but here the movie need so much improvements.

I do think the actors performances were tight. One can't take their eyes off Gal Gadot, and well Mando, aka, Pedro Pascal, had won me over from many other characters he's played. Kristen Wiig was rockin some leotards too. That was cool.

Cliche ridden, boring, predictable, face palmingly cringey at times. A real real shame as the first film was a genuinely good watch combining good storytelling and character development along with great action scenes to create a really good comic book movie.
WW84 if forgettable.

WONDER WOMAN '84, the sequel to Director Patty Jenkins' uplifting superhero film about one of the world's most popular cultural icons was sadly...a huge disappointment. WW84's first 15mins begins very promising in the childhood past of Princess Diana on her homeland Paradise Island. We once again get to see the amazing Robin Wright...but for wayyy too little of time. Once the film shifts to its present-day of 1984, the direction begins to look mediocre and immature in terms of the action. The 80's mall setting could have been an awesome sequence, but the fight scene turns into a mess of just Gadot smiling at kids as she captures the criminals, who in turn end up coming off like slapstick rejects from a straight-to-video movie. Kristen Wiig's performance was the stand-out of the film though, as she progresses from clumsy and insecure Barbara Minerva into an aggressive and sexy adversary. I think this rival dynamic between the two women could've been an interesting direction for the film. Instead we get Pedro Pascal as the film's dull, main villain, a ridiculous wish-granting stone, and also a resurrected Steve Trevor played again by Chris Pine. Trevor's presence actually took the Wonder Woman costume out of most of the film, and left us with Diana And Steve rekindling their lost love and setting up an 80s fashion montage. Add WW also given two new levelled-up powers that she didn't have last time, and yeah, this movie was a mess. I really wanted to like it a lot. But for some reason, through its script and sequences, it seemed to be trying hard to be both very family-friendly and a morality tale. I think Warner Brothers should have trusted what they had with Wiig's portrayal, and had the film center around her and Gadot. Then we could've enjoyed seeing both actresses give us more involved sides of their characters. < ** out of **** stars >

I love Gal Gadot! But the 5 stars are for the happiness of this film, the humour and the feel good factor. I enjoyed WW84 far more than Avengers: Endgame which is saying something considering the budget and action. That said WW84 has action and Christina Wiig is another one of my fan favs.

Do not take the IMBD statistics, if you want a happy film with drama, action and comedy along with a slight seriousness this is for you!

Plus the end credit scene is a joy for any fan luckily enough to know the original Wonder Woman!

Great film, Pattie Jenkins definitely knows how to make a feel good movie. Lastly the CGI or effects on Wiigs character was bloody good!

reasons to hate it-
1) it’s a rip off of cloudy with a chance of meatballs
2) Chris Pine’s character would never jump the to the future and act like such a fool
3) Wonder Woman thinks it’s nbd when she sees Chris Pine’s character ...
4) if you know WW she’d never lose what she lost in this movie - ever. period. not even up for discussion????
5) Kristin Wiig is my girl, but her first “character” wasn’t believable or even close. That should have been cast as a younger girl - BUT - the end character was perfect for Kristin Wiig
6) I’m shocked it’s not rated R. There are very graphic killing scenes that even shocked me. Plus the Kristin Wiig cat demon is traumatizing
7) WOW with the very obvious seductive camera angle shots. I can’t wait to see what spin off clips comes from this movie
8*) I thought this movie was about her childhood
9) this movie should have been about her childhood

10) terrible acting, almost interesting story but too laughable at the amount of plot holes

* I was cringing-happy for the first 15 mins as we get to watch this ridiculous American’s Ninja Warriors meets Star Wars, meets Endurance horse racing. Like okay, I’m on board but the CHILD DIANA competing in the bogus race is hard to get on board.
