correction: you don’t need to use a gun to take out the enemies needed for the easter egg, you can just crawl around and knife them, so don’t worry about changing your classes to a silenced weapon.

This is a full easter egg. You get unlimited ammo for the Titus for a reason. There are targets that you need to go around and shoot with the titus. Once you do that its a weapon that replaces your knife and has an AOE effect.
