Your children are getting an amazing education! Literally, I had to pause this and take notes...this is so good! We are a Gather'Round family, but I have found so many wonderful resources in this video to enhance what we are doing too. Definitely adding the Flags Sticker Book, Living Encyclopedia, and Animal Search books. We have Bible covered already for next year, but that Foundations book looks amazing! Please do a mid year (at the very least) review of these new resources to let us know your thoughts! Thanks for sharing!

I’ll be interested to see what you think of the Mystery of History. I’ve been looking at it for a while and I’m undecided between getting that after next yr or continuing with Notgrass History. We love Masterbooks for science. We are using The Adventure in Creation series. We also use their LA and Math.

We watch WorldWatch and really love it! It’s appropriate and just enough for us.
Squilt is amazing! We did it for 2 years and my kids really enjoyed it. I would suggest getting a binder to out your papers in, and getting the flashcards (meet the orchestra) it’s a wonderful lesson and we will definitely get back to it :) We learned so much about history, geography and music through Squilt!

We are doing ECC from My Fathers World for next school year too! I’m super excited about it!!! Your year looks like it’s going to be a blast! I bet your kiddos are going to love it!

My daughter who is 3 LOVES the farm anatomy book. She loves reading it as her bedtime story and we count the animals and I read to her what things are. We live on ten acres so she’s familiar with a lot but it’s so fun to use it in other fun ways To teach her. Great line up!

So much good advice and helpful information! I have a long list of "check this out" ideas while I'm beginning planning for next year... everything looks good and fun... Now, to narrow it down and pull it all together! We have similar aged kiddos (mine are 7th, 5th, 3rd) and a similar eclectic homeschool style so I look forward to your videos and reviews for ideas as I am working out the plan for 21/22! ❤️ Thank you for sharing!!

I loved this! My son will be in 5th and my daughter will be in 3rd next year and I bought the same science and art. I also bought two books so I don’t have to make copies, I get it. We are doing US history and US geography (Beautiful Feet and Memoria Press, plus extra resources). Our eclectic styles are so similar. I can’t wait to see your choices for independent subjects. We are going to be using MFW ECC this year too and we are all really excited! My kiddos are younger so we will be watching the torch lighter animated videos on the missionaries and such but we can't wait to dive in! Those foundation Bible books look great, I'll have to check them out.
