We will create an IAM user, and create roles and policies. We will create a private app in Seller Central and set up Postman collections. You will learn how to generate an LWA Access Token and how to request AWS STS and generate temporary credentials.

How someone in Amazon thought this is a legitimate process to freaking access an API

A couple of questions: Are you still going through the same level of authentication for a SaaS? What about when the SaaS gets data for one of its customers? What additional authentication data must be sent? All a customer can provide is their user ID and password

Great video! I do have a question. How can a send a general email message to the buyer via the API using the Amazon relay email? I want to be able to send a custom message to the seller after successful purchase but I cannot figure. out if that is possible with the messages endpoints.

Thanks for the video! As I check today, the article you show on 8:47 has changed in the Amazon Docs. The first sentence about "creating and configuring IAM plicies and entities" has been removed. Do you know if this is not necessary anymore?

I just realized that many of these videos are obsolete as SP-API no longer requires AWS IAM or AWS Signature Version 4. It would be amazing if you created an updated video. I believe all we use now is LWA access tokens. Your insight would be highly helpful. Thanks.
