Man this brings back bad memory. When I was a kid I once saw a guy dumping his dog on the street. When he was driving away in his car the poor dog kept running after him with his tails waving until a car out of nowhere hit the poor door sending him flying to a sidewalk nearby. I didn’t know if the dog died or not. I saw him laying on the sidewalk motionless. At that point the owner had already disappeared. I was also in a car with my dad driving watching the incident and I even asked him to go check the dog but my dad didn’t listen to me and continued driving. I was so upset and didn’t eat anything in the evening after that. I hope that dog was okay.

This person is so cruel to left her/his dog in the busy street or highway. This evil person be arrested and be fined to use the money to find a shelter for the dog who needs a loving home.
