Top 15 Nintendo Switch JRPG Games

The Nintendo Switch has a lot of great JRPG games, and its actually one of the best devices for
JRPG games in my opinion. So here is a list of the 15 best JRPG games on the Nintendo Switch as of 2020.

I think 2 of my favorite Switch exclusive JRPGS are Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Fire Emblem Three Houses.

I also enjoy playing Dragon Quest XI, Tales of Vesperia and Final Fantasy's 7 through 12 on the system.

I think it would be cool if we got a port/ remake of Chrono Trigger, Fire Emblem Genealogy of the Holy War and Persona's 1-4 on the system but I'm satisfied enough with what we have now.

Great video! While a genre is somewhat fluid in nature, making it debatable as to what games can be considered for what category, it could be argued that Astral Chain and Dark souls could be considered RPG's. I personally would say they are action, adventure, hack and slash, with rpg elements. However, they fit into the JRPG genre as much as they do the racing or sports genre.

Great list but, in my opinion, there is a must have game missing... Ys VIII is an amazing RPG, should have a place in a top 10 JRPG indeed (in my top 5 would be for sure)... Maybe not a great port technically but its a great game with a very good story and characters that was a huge surprise to me, specially in the second half of the game... Absolutely recommendable 😁

Great list man! I would've added ys VIII in their it was my first ys and boy that game was absolutely class. I'd definetly reccomend it to anyone who loves jrpgs!

Quick correction: There are 4 routes in FE Three Houses. So minimum 200 hours

Ni no Kuni is a delightful game, and I was very glad to see it get a portable release on the switch. It was exclusive to the PS3 for far too long.

I loved The Last remnant when I played it 8-9 years ago, I am glad to see it still gets some love.
