After this perfect start series i started over. In stead of making it on one lvl i stacked the lvls. But it was awsome to see a factory running so synced. 😁

Unfortunate that its the last of a perfect start but I love it! It would be wicked awesome if you did a series like this but for completing all phases on the Space Elevator at max efficiency

I just noticed in my own factory the other day that you can now stack splitters and mergers two high and still connect them with lifts -- rather than having to leave a gap in between them and the top one floating. Give it a try!

OCD triggered!!! The mergers at the storage are at different lengths towards the lifts for steel and the AI limiters & copper sheets. Thanks for the save and the video!

My goodness, it's beautiful! So very aesthetically pleasing 😍 My brain is fried trying to follow, lol, and makes me wanna tear up my starter base (again!) and mimic this. Like a few others here, would love to see a follow up series leading up to end-game.

This helped me with what I've seen as my least favorite part of the game so far. I started a few new worlds trying to get a feel for things before I actually built a space elevator. Watching this made me go to the rocky desert, and everything kinda clicked here. I still felt like I was fighting to keep power on while exploring and getting the hang of things. But now that I've gotten to the point of having tractors and coal, my imagination is pretty much the limit. I feel like I can kinda take off now, and I'm excited to see what problems I can throw all this logistical power at! I enjoyed watching this little series as a way of helping me map in my head what the outline of setting up a clean factory in Satisfactory looks like. Now that I have transport and coal, ! The map is big in all the right places, with enough granular pockets to keep it interesting and fun to build in. I think that the early game feels at odds with the rest of the game's approach to the genre, but I'll find a way to mod it to my liking on the second time around lol

I like building the coal plants such that the back edge is running colinear to the shoreline. I basically use the foundations to form a quay along the shoreline so the the three pumps can be positioned directly behind the generators which keeps every thing compact and very clean.

I was wondering why you used 3 pipes rather than just merging 2 before sending it to the powerplants, and joining the 3rd between 5 and 6. I think I like the look of the 3 pipes more. Takes up more room, but looks more industrial and personally a little more tidy. Have been loving the tutorials. This has very quickly become one of my favourite games to just chill in.

I have followed this series three times now and still hope you would revisit this "play along" style series further into the game progression.

Finally just got building the motor factor from two of your videos. I'm slowly waiting on you get to rubber lol that's my next Everest. I'm loving these videos. I have my son following these so he can learn how to do the factories with efficiency.

Love the content man! Just started on this one. Man that coal is super far away! Takes a good minute doing it legit!

would love to see a video of you going through peoples bases that have used this starter guide and gone off to build there own mega bases, would be cool to see the difference in peoples architect designs and building logics, would make for a great 4th and final instalment i think

This series kicked my re interest off in this game again, i followed you pretty much step by step through all 3 series and put a small spin of my own on the design slightly, in the end though i was really happy that this guide exists as i enjoyed playing it through and learnt quite a lot into the design, i am hooked on your videos mate, keep up the good work

I plan on following all three videos to get me started. Great ideas and clean lines, plus the details of the underclocking is the best. I did download #3 to get a boots on the ground feel of everything. I am not going to use it to play in, but thought it would be interesting to do a walkaround. But I kind of got freaked out with the save game when I was walking around the side where the Hub is and found someone sitting in the lotus position with a cup in the middle of the walkway. Ha Ha unreasonable fear is the worst don't you think?

'E' to switch between belt speeds blew my mind. I don't know if it was added after I last played (which was in 2020), or if I just always missed the existence of the option, but WOW.

Waiting for this download to become available on your website. Just started a new game, at tier 7 and got tired of deconstructing everything and moving factories due to poor planning for scaling. Being able to skip the 1st and 2nd tier will be nice.
