Well done. That’s some healthy eating right there. I just couldn’t keep going with this. I ate like this before our wedding, training for tough mudders for charity etc, but life’s too short for all this. Well done though. Absolutely admirable.

breakfast I have everyyy day without fail is eggs & egg whites (I usually do 1 egg and 150ml of egg whites ), 30-40g avocado, 125g cottage cheese and
100g lean beef, it all works so well together, and comes to an easy 55g of protein and 400 ish calories it’s insane, and it’s all whole foods so it leaves you feeling v energised. I used to feel so exhausted after eating breakfast and I couldn’t decipher why, but genuinely I’d be able to nap right after eating because I’d get a wave of tiredness and I’m only 21 🥲 I realised it was because I was eating carbs first thing and that didn’t compliment how my body functions when I’ve just woken wake up, so I switched to eating this and I’m no longer lethargic, plus it tastes lovely

I sometimes even finish it off with half a date filled with pb, salted peanuts and a few dark chocolate chips for a sweet treat 🫣

Have you ever tried blended overnight oats? Totally different texture! I also recommend pairing it with frozen blueberries, they’re a lil more tart and that with so cinnamon is so so good!!

Breakfast: EGGS...either scrambled with baby spinach ..or if meal prepping ahead, boiled eggs!! Easy peazy....with cottage cheese or Greek yogurt and blueberries AND sourdough toast with smashed avocado!! 🥚 🥬🫐🥑

I love a PB+J toast on protein bread with a side of skyr. Eggs with cottage cheese also never fail. Oatmeal with protein powder added also a win. I want to try baked oats so bad, I know you can add protein to them as well!

My favourite breakfast at the moment is overnight Weetabix. Literally so delicious.

I take 3 Weetabix (you can take 2 for lower calories but take less milk then), a dash of cinnamon and 170ml of milk and put it in a bowl/ container. Crush and mix everything. The weetabix will soak up the milk and it will be thickkk!
Then I will spread it out evenly and top it of with some Greek Joghurt/Skyr and put in the fridge over night. (But you can also eat it right away)

Eat it with the fruit and toppings that you like. (I always eat it with sliced banana and frozen raspberries (I put the raspberries in the microwave)
I like to drizzle some Lotus Biscoff spread on top that I have melted in the microwave for 35 sek)

Try it out! Soo good!

Breakfast idea- I use Nick's (e4cm is his YouTube channel) breakfast burrito recipes. You can customize however you want (whole eggs, egg yolks, turkey bacon, sausage, cheese or no cheese, hot sauce...etc.) Roll in parchment paper and reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds throughout the week. Solid protein hit and can be made under 300 calories.
