Moon River - Breakfast At Tiffany's (Piano Cover)

Originally performed for Breakfast at Tiffany's in 1961 by Audrey Hepburn, Moon River earned an academy award for Best Original Song, and was later popularized by Andy Williams, who used it as the theme song for his TV variety show which ran from 1962-1967.

To this day, Moon River remains a classic gem. It's one of my favorite pieces to perform on this instrument. In this arrangement, the jazz middle section is heavily inspired by Beegie Adair's rendition of the song.

This is my grandparents wedding song and I’m learning it on the piano. Hopefully after some more practice I can play like this, and play it for their 57th anniversary next year🥰🥰

This song holds a special space in my heart, my grandpa loves to sing karaoke when he was still alive, (he left not too long ago) and he always put this one on even tho he don’t know how to sing it. He always ask me to sing this one since i know how to. Im getting married nxt year, i’ve never imagined that i will get married without him, its hard. So i decided to use this song as i walk down the aisle in his honour. Our last karaoke session before, i sang this for him, so i guess it will be the best walking down song.❤️

i just lost my lala last march 10 and this is her favorite song !! now moon river sounds different that she passed away. i love and missed my lala so much but i am somewhat relieved that she's now resting in peace and no pain because she suffered a lot of diseases esp her alzheimers is getting worse :( i love u lala will play this piece someday for u <3

It's the first piece my late grandpa taught me when I was 5. Now I'm 28, I do still play this piece every time I miss him. Also, late grandma used to hum, never have thought that this piece is my girlfriend's favorite. It became more dear to me.
