I LOVE these picks on both electric and acoustic guitars. Really nice.

Dunlop Hotlicks  brass picks are my preference.  They don't make them anymore, but I bought a couple of hundred of them.  They are still available from Dunlop from the remaining inventory.  They are very thin, and actually bend like a light regular pick, so it's possible to fan or strum and they don't make much noise, either.  Great for squeals.  I can do that with my fingers, but you can really pinch the hell out any string.

I have a plectrum that fits on your index finger and you CAN'T drop it. You use it like a regular. It's the Flat Finger pick. Would you be interested in trying it ?

I got the picks (1mm).  My favorite is to  use it on my acoustic.   Little to no pick noise and the strings do sound better compared to the nylon light pick Ive always use.  I cant wait to show my guitar buddies this amassing pick.
V pick Screamer is my choice for e guitar at the moment.

That pick is too pointed for me. I like a more rounded pick, that's why I prefer the Dunlop tortex teardrop .73mm (yellow). It's heavy enough to give attack but also has some flex. Also I can turn it around and use the more rounded back for a totally different sound.

Surprisingly I hear a difference but not sure which I prefer.  That said the Super Black does sound good and I am intrigued with the grip.

I sometimes make my own pick by cutting it out from the mineral water bottle plastic, because you know I keep losing those pics, misplaced somewhere. It works allright though.

I love the Hell Super Black picks, and they are my main playing picks. I play a Les Paul style guitar (single cut with two humbuckers) and they have the best sound overall on that guitar. However, with your video, for me, the Fender Medium sounded best on the Strat because there were some very nice harmonics going on, but the Hell Super Black sounded best on the acoustic guitar and the Hell guitar. Thank you for the demo video.

I really can feel the difference, I really do! I like the Jim Dunlop Jazz III

The super black sounds cleaner and smoother, but I agree with Alexander below. It would have been better to compare the super black with a Fender heavy, which at .96 comes closer to the 2.00 "medium" of the black pick. Better yet, compare the black "light" (1.00) with the Fender heavy (.96). A Fender medium actually is .71 mm, and will never sound as deep and smooth as a heavy pick, no matter what brand is used.

I just order some, thanks for the recommendation.  I love PICKS!!!

Correct me if I'm wrong but it would have made more sense to compare the fender medium to the medium version of the Hell pick. Now you are comparing two different types of picks - the Fender pick being a harder type.

I've got a Hell Zero Dot (largely due to your demos...)!  I guess I need some Super Blacks to match! I've been using Vpicks for a while and I noticed you used them on some of your older videos. How do you think they compare?

Nice! I got my hands on a rosewood pick not too long ago. Not very durable but the tone is second to none!

Awesome pick! Is that the acoustic guitar you got for Christmas? It's so beautiful and sweet sounding, can I know the brand and model?
