as a seller reviews are much more important than seller feedback. the reviews are visible on the listing and about the products. seller ratings are about customer service and nobody sees this unless they dig. you don't know what you are talking about.

im a new seller, I summited a request review on all 22 orders that i sold. no one left me a 5 star? why does Amazon combined product reviews with seller ratings. this is so a#@ backwards. i just want to send a message to the buyer with a link to leave me a 5 star review. who is running this department. Keep it simple. any advice would help? Thanks

I think it’s a really nice feature, but for the custom templates will the email come from me & my email & not from Amazon?

If so, might people have concerns about clicking on a hyperlink in an unsolicited email & therefore just delete it?

So far I’ve not used this feature due to that concern.
