IMPORTANT for those who can't install Unreal Engine without errors shown.

Make sure your Epic Games username doesn't contain any weird letters of symbols. I had this problem and it got fixed once I changed my username to a normal one. Hope this helps some people!

Hey! I love the tone of your instructions. Very unassuming which is comforting to newcomers to Unreal. I am one of those people and I was hoping you could answer a question for me: I'm currently trying to download unreal engine 4 on my macbook pro 2019. I have 200 GB free on my local drive, yet whenever I try to download the software it says I only have 20 GB and that I need 14 GB more in order to download the software. Do you know why this is the case?

When I press install it brings up a screen that's say "cannot get / error-500" I don't know why this started happening because the first time a installed ue5 I didn't have any problems with it can someone please help
