Great information. It is already hot here in Orlando but my kale is doing well and my baby fig tree is about a foot tall and happy in the direct sun. My Moringa plant seems to like the sun but I do have to water things growing in pots, twice a day.

I was watching a video where they used straw to protect the soil from the intense heat and it retains the moisture in the soil

How old are these little boys ? No thing to protect your hands. I believe you did this only for this filming. Do you do this every week 5 days or a week ?
