let me tell you I just walked 15 miles in 3 days, when I got home I soaked in hot water for 1 hour,   my feet got rejouvinated over night. ready to do it again. little massaging. your doing well, thanks for keeping us updated on your journey in Oregon

So exciting, you're in my backyard now~ I love our farmer's/grower's markets. Ashland is wonderful for those of us whom have nutritional requirements. The best place to have an unplanned stop. So relieved to see you are doing well! Stay safe around the Crater Lake region. I used to be a part of ski patrol as well as SAR out there. Some bizarre things happen. It is a sacred place.
