Don't mislead people. The original leak only said the RT-TFlops would be around 33.5. The actual GPU performance would be around 16-17 TFlops. This would put performance closer to a 3060 Ti, not a 4070 Ti lol.

So it would be like upgrading from a 2070 to a 3060 Ti, except with more vram.

I don't understand why people assume gta 6 will get a ps5 pro upgrade. RDR2 still runs on 30 fps on the ps5 for example.

Just make the next PS console release backwards compatible all the way to PS1 disk. They'll have a gem of a product on their hands, which everyone will want to purchase. It's such a no-brainer.

For those who don’t know. Rumors say that the GPU will be 45% better but the CPU is only marginal like 10% better. The pro will play games at higher resolution with better graphics quality but the frames will remain about the same as ps5.
So if let’s say GTA 6 runs at 30fps on ps5 then you will get 30fps on the pro. The only difference is in graphics quality. PS5 might be like 1080-1440P and the pro might be like 4K.

Don’t be mislead into thinking the frames will be faster on the pro bc they won’t be.
