Thanks for this. Question: We do a weekly zoom show with pre-recorded "segments" I film on my phone, edit in iMovie, and then I upload to YouTube. The videos are "laggy" once I upload to YouTube. If I compress them like you said, will it stop them from being laggy on YouTube?

Did not work for me there was no bar to compress

It worked for me but I had to reduce it to 33mb or it wouldn't send it. Now it looks all bleached out and is difficult to view. ??
