I agree with the judgment of Supreme court The lower courts are spineless They easily come under pressure of BJP Govt But i must add that thow Rahul is a good man honest man but he is certainly a very poor politician. To succeed in politics you have to have that element of the FOX in you which he doesn't have. So he is a failure and will remain a failure in politics. Congress is a political party and it needs a good politician to lead the party
