Chicken Enchiladas

Chicken Enchiladas. I was watching someone else make these so I copied it. If I were to do it again I would use shredded chicken and Corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas. The flour tortillas in this recipe were soggy the next day 🤢. Corn tortillas hold up way better. Also I only did 1 layer in my baking dish. Next time I will do 2 layers and less sauce. I used 1 whole can of enchilada sauce. Her recipe called for fresh homemade enchilada sauce, I might try that next time. Thank you for watching!
