I'm completely with you about having recipes on paper. If you have it on some piece of electronic devices, it'll keep timing out on you. I prefer old school almost everything. I need to get a notebook and put all of mine in it. Thanks for this one!

I'm used to making my enchiladas with corn shells the traditional way . I don't like the flour tortillas it's like eating a soggy burrito. But everyone's taste buds are different . And it's ok.
