What’s your single favorite (or least favorite) feature in your current task/project management tool?

All the apps are lacking on some way. It's always the mental process that gets the business done though.

These tools are incredible for organising big teams with complex processes, but for most people, it's so over the top, and a great way to put off getting our work done and showing/selling it.

I like it a lot ... as long as it has easy drag-and-drop to move tasks up and down. I would love to test it once beta is ready. What's your ETA?

I am happy you are building something that works for you. I do agree that it takes time and effort to build a workflow that works for you and most apps do a poor job of hand holding to teach you how to use them. IMHO Sunsama has the best onboarding experience and I love how it can walk you through planning each day and shutting down at the end of the day, but it’s hard to recommend it at its current pricepoint.
