I initially took her decision well, followed by low contact for 12 months (replying politely if she ever texted, no initiation), but nothing for the next two years. I was broken hearted, but she doesn’t know that.
She’s still a great girl and incredibly hot, I just can’t put myself back in that life again. I’m happy to be her friend now as truthfully, I do quite miss her. I’m happy I kept my dignity, even if moving on hurts during the process.
