BEST CHICKEN LIGHT SOUP FROM GHANA | CHICKEN PEPPER SOUP

Hello everyone, Let's make an authentic Ghana chicken light soup or chicken pepper soup! This is an easy soup to make with simple ingredients! Ingredients:
soft Chicken
Blend with 1 1/2 cup water : 2 pieces ginger, 4 garlic cloves, 1/2 an onion)
Add salt
Add 1 chicken seasoning cube
1 tbsp full all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp tomato purée or paste
2 onions
2 scotch bonnet
1 can plum tomato or 2 fresh tomatoes ( if using fresh tomatoes please cook it to gether with onions and peppers)
2 litre water or more
Mushrooms
1 chicken cube
Salt
plantain fufu mix

Can I talk to someone here who knows about the history of this dish I've been searching a lot but I couldn't find any that helps me.
