Great inspiration - with the recent 0.2% increase in dividends, I just broke $100/month in $O dividends. Hitting $1000/yr in a company is still new to me, but hoping as I continue to consolidate and invest, that it begins to be $1000/qtr or month.

Congrats on the dividend milestones! You could argue that O might be the next one to pay you $1k a quarter because it pays about $900 a quarter now. Cool story as well.
